Meltdowns and shut downs can be ROUGH. This packet uses an engaging comic book style format to teach neurodivergent youth about what causes meltdowns and shut downs, how each is different, and coping skills they can use to make sure their stress cup doesn't fill up! The Stress Cup is my favorite metaphor I use as a counselor when building self-regulation skills in neurodivergent populations and I'm hopeful it will be of use for you, too. :)
