March 8th is International Woman's Day in Italy. All women can expect to receive beautiful bouquets of mimosa flowers. I hand these out to the female students in my classes as they enter the room. It always prompts an interesting discussion about the holiday. File includes 12 cards of two different designs. Print out on card stock and laminate.

This St. Patrick’s Day glyph is an excellent activity for reading and following directions, and requires problem solving, communication, and data organization. The students color or glue different items on a St. Patrick’s Day pot of gold based on information about themselves. Students are to finish the St. Patrick’s Day glyph using the six listed categories.
