This was created to give students experience in researching for a purpose all while learning about a tundra habitat! You’ll present to students that they have been chosen to “go” on a school fieldtrip for which they will be creating a traveling booklet. This lesson starts off with a project letter to the students stating their scenario. They are given guiding questions for their research, a matching note-taker and checklist where they can keep track of their research and sources, and lastly-A final requirements page & rubric are included for teachers and students to assess the quality and accuracy of the project presentation.
