Your students will actually want to practice their grammar skills with this fun, engaging color by number activity! With this activity, students will determine if the work mentioned in the sentence needs to be in italics (underlined) or in quotes. Then, they will color a fun mandala based on their answers! The final product reveals beautiful artwork that makes excellent classroom decor!
This activity is an excellent choice for sub plans, enrichment/reinforcement, early finishers, and extra practice with some fun. It is especially useful for end-of-year practice, spiral review, and motivated practice when students are exhausted from standardized testing or mentally "checked out" before a long break!
