FREE MISC. LESSON - “BACK TO SCHOOL ACTIVITIES - Skittles Math and Writing”

These are great beginning of the year activities with Skittles. Students can do the activities individually, with a partner or as a whole group.

In this unit:
Skittle”icious” – Write adjectives describing each flavor of Skittles
Reading Labels – Answer questions about the nutritional facts of Skittles
Estimation – Students will estimate the number of colors and then write the actual amount.

Find Someone Who Has…
Graphing Skittles
Fractions
Madlibs – Write the words and then add them to the story
Design your own Skittles package
Create a design with Skittles
