Math, Fractions; Grades 4-7
This six page math handout targets identifying fractional parts in lowest terms and working with equivalent fractions. In each message set, specific words are given. The students are instructed to figure out the correct fractional part of each particular word. If each fractional part is correctly identified, when the letters are written on the lines provided, a new word is created. Each set of new words becomes a message about the month of April.
