Create a staff shout out board with this free mini poster and shout out slips. Try this fun and easy way to recognize all the great things going on in your school. Here is a suggestion for how to use this resource:
1. Copy cover page and mount on cork board. Hang in staff lunch room.
2. Copy shout out slips, and store near cork board.
3. Explain to the staff that everyone can participate by writing quick notes about all the great things they see happening in your school.
4. Shout outs get pinned up all around the sign throughout each month.
5. Read shout outs monthly at staff meetings.
