This brief activity helps scholars identify those individuals who help them do well in school. You might utilize this activity on its own, or as part of a conversation with a homeroom, individual student, or class.

Each brief #supportsystem worksheet is small enough to fit discretely inside of a locker, binder, or folder. This is intentional. Where might it be most powerful for your scholars?

Use to help identify support systems, build sense of community, and even as part of academic counseling for your most at-risk scholars.
