Students will be given 10 problems to solve. They will locate the answer card in the envelope that contains their answer and lay it on top of the question on the challenge page. When finished, they will need to preform the indicated operation(s) with their answers in order to reveal the code.
YOU are the creator of this challenge! You type in the 10 questions and the 15 answer options. You also type in the code directions to create whatever kind of code you want - 3 digits, four digits, alphabetic, etc. The possibilities are endless!
The template is two pages - the challenge page and answer options page. Also included is a detailed directions page and photos of a completed challenge using the template.
This challenge template will work for any grade level and content area!
