A great tool to use with your visualization unit when discussing how the images we create can change as we get more information.
I used this with Jack Prelutsky's poem, My Neighbour's Dog is Purple. I had students draw what they saw after reading the title, then after the first stanza, after the second stanza, and then again at the end.
