Have a student use this homework and study log sheet, with support from home, to better align study time with results, to clear up any misconceptions about assigned homework as well as to provide documentation that can help identify areas of concern that may require further investigation.
It includes a page of instructions and suggestions for the teacher.
Although I've used this in my French as a Second Language classes, it's entirely in English as it needs to be read and understood by parents as well as students.
