Included is a foldable on area. Students love these
type of activities because they are hands on. Students will be asked
for the area formula for a triangle, square, rectangle, parallelogram,
rhombus, and trapezoid. In addition, students will be given four
figures and need to name the figures (isosceles triangle, parallelogram,
trapezoid, and hexagon). Students will calculate the area of these
four figures.
