The math and literacy activities in this unit are ideal for February-themed centers or as stand alone, whole class activities. The Phonics Bingo is a class favorite!
The Four Reader’s Theater scripts contain 28 parts – at various reading levels. When I do Reader’s Theater as a center, in multi-discipline setting, I assign one script per group and students practice during their time at the Reader’s Theater Center or I have whole class practices.
Again, all activities are stand-alone or can be used in centers.
The cross-curricular Journal Prompts are assembled from class favorites! There is at least one per day and they are ready to be copied and glued in journals – to say student copying time.
