Do you need to keep track of which students are going to the bathroom and when? Maybe you have a group of students who are causing trouble when they are supposed to be out using the restroom, but instead they are either playing in there or running around the campus unattended? Having a sign-out sheet is a great way to keep these situations to a minimum. If a problem does arise, you can look to the sign-out sheet to see who went where and at what time. I have even included a sheet to help your students practice elapsed time!
