The world is a diverse and interconnected place where objects, ideas, and people are constantly on the move. At Kid World Citizen, we believe we can prepare our children to be active, responsible "world citizens" by teaching them about a variety of cultural practices and beliefs. This activity uses one of our videos as a springboard for a discussion about what it means to be a "world citizen." Students can then use the coloring sheet to write or draw about their role in our global society. This is a great beginning of the year activity, writing prompt, or bulletin board display.
