This is a series of worksheets using the Aeolian Round which is a 5 note melody using the Aeolian Mode. The worksheets begin with a student worksheet covering a rhythm dictation, and explanations of a drone, melodic and rhythmic ostinatos, improvisation and structure. The students begin creating a group composition using the afore mentioned elements, and the package concludes with a homework sheet for review.
