Use this form & directions to have a classroom Secret Santa exchange (or organizational or team exchange) before the holidays. Students will fill out a questionnaire for their favorites or things they like.
Directions & alternatives (such as having a "junk" exchange so kids don't have to buy a gift) are included with the handout.
