When students have to tell how to do something step by step, sometimes they need some guidance. This Power Point will help you to introduce the topic and work with younger writers to create how-to writing. Writers will be walked through each step, such as brainstorming ideas for a how-to piece, writing their title, and breaking the activity down into step by step directions.
