Pre-Kindergarten - 3rd Grade
These 2 forms have helped me have a more relaxed, successful open house night. Mail them out in the summer (if your open house night is before school starts) or send them home with the students before your open house night.
Many times parents are not sure what to expect at open house night. The first form gives them some guidelines (i.e. Do introduce yourself and your child. Don't share academic and behavior concerns.) I have found that by telling them what I expect, we are all more relaxed.
The second form lets parents share some important information about their child. I have them fill this out and bring it to open house night. This way, they can share concerns privately.
I hope you enjoy this back to school freebie!
