Pre-Kindergarten - 2nd Grade
Kindergarten and first grade students can strengthen their beginning reading and writing skills as they celebrate Dr. Seuss’ birthday on March 2nd. This book contains a repetitive text pattern, focuses on the sight word “like” and is a great way to promote early reading success.
Three versions are included in this download (See thumbnails for samples of each version.)
A. An emergent reader mini-book to print and fold. Great for guided reading.
B. An emergent reader with one sight word (like) on each page left out for students to write themselves. Great for use in a literacy station.
C. A larger version in which the students can copy the text.
All three versions include the cover and 8 pages.
